Looking for a nice person to share my flat with. Preferably someone between 30-40 years old, working and dedicated to stay for at least 1 year.

·       3 floor apartment 125m2 with balcony in the Rivierenbuurt
·       Bedroom of 11 m2
·       Bathroom with bathtub
·       On the 2nd floor there is a free space for your potential home office
·       On the 3rd floor there are 2 more rooms, 1 for storage & laundry, 1 with my office and a spare bed for visitors
·       Shared areas all furnished, your bedroom and office space are not furnished
·       Rent EUR 1.300 per month including fixed costs and all taxes. 1 month deposit
·       Available as from August 5

You will be living with only me, 35 year old Dutch girl, working full time and active social live.
