About the place

Hello! I'm looking to sublet my room 
in the peaceful eastern docklands area for approximately 3 weeks in May as I'll be flying home. The apartment is a spacious 90m2 with views over the water, and you'd be sharing the common spaces (bathroom, shower, living room, kitchen) with a friendly flatmate (26yo male) who works full time. Our house rules are to practise consideration and keep things neat and clean. The apartment is located near to the brasilie shopping center with numerous amenities (jumbo supermarket, kruidvat, hema etc. within 5 minutes walk; some nice cafes and restaurants in the vicinity) and cultural facilities nearby. Amsterdam Central station is 3 tram stops away, and the tram stop for lines 7 and 26 is at the doorstep. Viewing can be done this weekend (Fri evening, or Saturday). price is for the stated period, inclusive of water/electricity/internet.
