About the place

We are looking for a female tenant for our comfortable flat for the next 1 year (with the possibility of extension). I'm offering a room in my three-bedroom apartment, where I'll be residing intermittently due to frequent travel. Currently, one room has already been occupied by a tenant, and I'm looking for another female tenant to join us. The room will be available from 1st of July. 

Apartment Highlights:

Location: Conveniently situated, our apartment boasts a prime location with a tram stop just a brief 2-minute walk away. Downstairs, you'll find several shops including AH, Dirk, Kruidwat, a butcher, fish market, bakery, pharmacy, and more. 

Accessibility: Leidseplein, is easily reachable with a mere 15-minute tram ride.

Pet Policy: Please note that we do not allow pets in the apartment.

Current Tenant: At the end of June, our current tenant will be relocating to another country, making the room available for occupancy starting from July 1st.

No Smoking: To maintain a healthy and pleasant living environment, smoking and any other drugs are STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the premises.

Privacy and Shared Spaces: During our absence, you'll have full access to the apartment, including the living room (excluding our bedroom). Your primary living space will be your bedroom.

Rent includes utilities such as water, building utility, Ziggo and Wi-Fi.

Rent excludes gas and electricity utilities. At the end of each month, I provide a consumption report, and based on the number of days you were present and the calculation shared between the other tenant and myself, we split the bill accordingly.

Cleaning Responsibilities:

Ensuring cleanliness is of utmost importance in our shared living space. The apartment and room should be vacuumed and mopped each week to maintain a tidy environment. We will discuss the allocation of cleaning roles upon your arrival. Additionally, trash should be promptly removed from the apartment twice a week to prevent any unpleasant odors.
