We are looking for a quiet, neat tenant who we can trust to pay the rent and who ensures that the house is properly maintained. It is also nice if you have a fixed income and a life that is in good order. We are not looking for someone who will leave after a few months.
It is an apartment for one person and unfortunately we cannot allow pets.
The house is available possibly from June 1, June 15 or from July 1. This in consultation with the current tenant. The current tenant can move quickly.
This is in the heart of the city center, so parking a car in the area will be difficult, fortunately all public transport is just a stone's throw away.
